Your appointments are very important to the Allure Beauty Bar team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 and 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation/Re-booking and No-Show Policy
24 hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows (missed appointments)
ALL CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A 50% FEE. ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY 100% TOTAL PRICE OF APPOINTMENT MISSED.
WE ASK YOU ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU’RE GOING TO BE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, PLEASE CALL AHEAD AND LET US KNOW. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO REBOOK FOR ANOTHER DAY. LATE ARRIVALS (MORE THAN 15 MINUTES) MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT AND PAY THE 50% NO-SHOW FEE.
Clients receive discounts when Salon Cancels
ALLURE’S TEAM STANDS BY OUR POLICIES, WE FEEL THAT IT IS ONLY FAIR THAT WE HONOR THE SAME POLICIES TO OUR CLIENTS, IF IN ANY REASON THE SALON HAS TO CANCEL ON A CLIENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED; WE WILL HONOR A DISCOUNT OFF ON YOUR NEXT SERVICE. BUT, IF THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO SITUATIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR HANDS SUCH AS POWER OUTAGE, UNFORTUNATE INCIDENCE, ETC... THAT REQUIRES THE SALON TO BE CLOSED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, WE WOULD GLADLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE DISCOUNT WILL NOT APPLY.
