Our Policies

Appointment Cancellation

Your appointments are very important to the Allure Beauty Bar team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 and 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

24 hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations or No-Shows
These are considered missed appointments. All cancellations or rescheduled appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged a 50% fee. All no-shows will be expected to pay 100% total price of appointment missed.
Late Arrivals
We ask you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead and let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule the appointment and pay the 50% no-show fee.
When WE Cancel
Clients receive discounts when the salon cancels. Allure’s team stands by our policies; we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If, for any reason, the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled, we will honor a discount off on your next service. However, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc., that require the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The discount will not apply.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to length/thickness and the amount of color used. Please book a consultation for more detailed pricing. Pricing varies by service provider. Our price structure reflects an education and experience level system and is based on the demand of the service provider's time.

Booking your beauty journey at Allure Beauty Bar is easy! Serving Grand Junction, Gunnison, Telluride, Glenwood Springs, Moab (UT), Fruita, Delta, Montrose, Aspen, and Rifle, CO, we provide transparent communication and customized care for each client.

We are so excited to have you experience our team and our salon! Here you can find some important facts for the easiest online booking and in-salon experience! Every guest is different and every approach is customized but there are some basic guidelines we follow to ensure the proper booking of services and for transparent communication to our guests!

What Haircut Should I Book?

This is a visual guide we go by to determine hair length and or density. This is important for you to know so you can book properly and your stylist has enough time for your desired outcome! Understanding where you are starting is just as important of knowing where we are going!

Second.....are you looking to keep your current style and get "just a trim" or are you looking for a more specific haircut that is drastically different than what you have? These are important because the second takes way more time and sometimes multiple haircuts in one! Also, we believe the value in the haircut is what is left on your head, not what is taken off! It takes the most skill to trim and touch up a haircut leaving what you have look perfect!

What do the stylist levels mean?

The Service Provider Level System at Allure Beauty Bar offers our clients options when it comes to salon services as well as providing a career path for growth and achievement for our team members. Clients may choose the stylist/level that best fits their requests and needs from skill-set/experience, to beauty budget. Stylists can grow in each area of experience, education and demand. As they grow, they earn the opportunity to be promoted to more advanced levels. As a client, you can grow with your favorite Stylist or build new relationships with newer Service Providers as they come in. The important part is that no matter what level Artist you’re working with, we ALWAYS work as a team to ensure you leave beautiful and HAPPY!

New Talent
Our New Talent stylists are licensed professionals who are building their careers through hands-on training and mentorship. They deliver beautiful results at a value, while developing their artistry under the guidance of our senior team.
Signature Artist
A Signature Artist has mastered our foundational techniques and delivers consistent, guest-focused results. They bring creativity, confidence, and precision to every service while building their personal brand within the salon.

I want extensions. Where do I start?

Your first step is to schedule an in-person extensions consultation. During this visit, we’ll assess your natural hair, discuss your goals, color match, and create a personalized plan using DropDead Hair Extensions—our premium, ethically sourced brand.

After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed quote that includes the cost of the hair and installation. Hair must be ordered and paid for in advance once your plan is finalized. This required consultation ensures your extensions are perfectly matched, expertly placed, and designed to enhance your natural hair with seamless, lasting results.
