Welcome! I’m Bobbi —a salon owner, business mentor, and proud board member of the Professional Beauty Association. With nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve been on a journey of growth, resilience, and leadership.

In 2018, I purchased and rebranded Allure Beauty Bar, transforming it into a space where beauty professionals not only refine their craft but also thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Navigating the challenges of salon ownership has taught me invaluable lessons about building strong, sustainable teams and fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and excellence.

My passion lies in creating a 5-star employee experience, believing that when teams are led with care, intention, and purpose, they naturally pass that same excellence onto their clients. From my work on various teams—spanning hairshows, beauty industry events, and international education—I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to lead by example and elevate our industry. Now, I’m excited to share those lessons to help beauty professionals everywhere raise the bar for their businesses and careers.
